3/4. Set -up RSS feed reader and subscribed to follow some NOPL blogs. Check (Nothing I would personally use. I do understand why people would want to use it though)
I find this very time consuming and I will probably not be doing much more because I do not like doing this on my own time. I'm am sitting here trying to figure this out while my Husband and Son are on the porch playing cards. I would much rather be out there with them. Anyways, in case your interested here is my Ironman 70.3 update.

Not bad - Need to get some open water swims in. I haven't had anyone say they would come join me. The offer is still open.
That's my bike. Not a bad piece of equipment.
She does her job quite well. These long rides lately have put a crick in my back. My goal for the race is a 3 - 3.5 hour bike ride.
I won't be joining you. Just so we are clear on that. But I do volunteer to stick a red hot poker in your eye. ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope you do continue to post, but I also understand why you are too busy to do it on your own time. Training for the Ironman is not for sissies.
